TRAINING METHODOLOGY

Training is a set of a systematic processes designed to meet learning objectives related to trainees' current or future jobs. Training delivery methods consist of the techniques and materials used by trainers to structure learning experiences.

We have Young and Dynamic In-house Training team which is dedicated to enhance the students on career options, personality development and communication skills and also provides effective training to the students on aptitude, verbal, technical and soft skills throughout the year.

We also invite Technical experts from different corporate to share their knowledge and recent technical updates for the benefit of our students.

The Training team organizes Life Skill Development programme which includes Motivation, Public Speaking, Group Discussion, Stress Management, Leadership and People handling techniques.

We are using separate Assessment tool to conduct online test for the improvement of Quantitative aptitude, Reasoning, Verbal, Essay writing and Technical ability.

We send our technical trainers to get trained in various corporate and the trainers will train our students on corporate training module.

Our training methodology includes the following

  • Spoken English Course for Mediocre and Tamil medium students
  • Mock Interview sessions
  • Foreign Language learning programme (Japanese, German and French) are conducted
  • Industry Institute Programme – Corporate leaders from leading industries are invited regularly to interact with students
  • Fun and Activity based learning
  • Technical Training (Programming Fundamentals - C and C++, Java, Data Structures, Python, Android, Pure Script)
